(b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1(One) contract of similar nature/building construction work successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,50,000/- (Seven lac fifty thousand) only.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10,00,000/- (Ten lac) only over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00,000/- (Six lac) only. submitted in from PW2a-3 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
(e) Upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate( 2021-22) and VAT Registration Certificate( 13 digit).
