1. Tenderers must have up to date ABC category Electrical Contractor License & Electrical Supervisory License from ElectricalLicensing Board.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (minimum 300-KVA Electric Sub-Station including Construction ofSub-Station Building with Internal Electrification Works  and installation of minimum 5KWh Solar System) of minimum [55 lac Tk]under maximum [1 (one)] contracts in the last [5 (five))] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFTin the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [1] contract(s)successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [55 lac].
3. Tenderer Must have 5 (five) years of Experience of  Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of minimum 300-KVAElectric Sub-Station including Construction of Sub-Station Building with Internal Electrification Works & and installation ofminimum 5KWh Solar System.
4.Tenderers must Submit Manufacturing  Authorization letter of  Sub Station & Solar System.
5. Work Completion and Supply of Goods Must be finished with in 6 (Six) months from the Date of Work Order.
6. PE have the rights to postpond  or cancel of any tender. in this case no objection will be accepted.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is  Tk. [70 lac]
8. The amount of the Tender Security shall be  [ 2 lac tk]
