* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
2.Tenderer must submit Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 25 (Twenty Five) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer should sumit experience on supplying related Items amount of minimum 25 (Twenty Five) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
5. The Tenderer must mention supply items technical specification and country of origin.
6.Tenderer shall have to submit Declaration that, offered items must meet the design specification and offer items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
7. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / warranty certificate for the items and its satisfactory performance 1 (One) years from the date of successful commissioning.
8.Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
9. Tenderer must submit Picture & drawing of Offer items for ensuring quality.
10. The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
