* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A)Enlisted A1 category contractors/Firms contractor of Education Engineering Department who are registered in the National e- GP portal and who have paid renewal fee for the financial year OF 2022-23 will be eligible.
B)Tenderer who posed i)Up to date Valid Trade license ii) Up to date income TAX Certificate ii) Up to date VAT Registration Certificate
C)The Tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/working capital of TK. 25.00 lakh ( Twenty five lacs taka only) BDT of any schedule bank of Bangladesh within the period of tender Publication to tender submission date.
In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i)Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c)For Credit line/ Credit commitment i)Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional.
D)The Contractor or Firms who have failed to complete their previous work in this Department in time i;e work in hand after passing due time is requested to not participate
in this tender. E)If any contractor/Firm is involved in Fraudulent/Corrupt Practice in any Engineering Department of Bangladesh and Debarred in any Department of Bangladesh is ineligible to submit tender. If anyone submits result will be Non-Responsive.
F)The Contractor who handed over their work to other contractor or party is ineligible to participate in this tender. G)Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
