* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The tenderer shall be a manufacturer having 03 (three) years of overall production
experience & 01 (one) year supply experience of 355mm outer diameter uPVC housing
pipe , 200mm Robo filter & relevant fittings for installing deep tube well at BMDA/BADC or other
irrigation service providing govt./ semi-govt./ autonomous organization in the last 5
(five) years {years counting from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper}.
Experience certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an executive engineer.
2) The tenderer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or
updated) certificate.
3) The tenderer shall have:
i) Updated trade license.
ii) Updated certificate of income tax clearance.
iii) Update Environment Cirtificate From DOE
iv) Update Industrial Licence & fire Licence
v) TIN Certificate
vi) VAT Registration certificate.
vii) Financial solvency certificate.
4) Tenderer shall submit sample of each item with drawing & factory test report as per
BOQ of the tender document at BMDA, Rajshahi Regional Store before submission of
tender. Receipt of sample submission and factory test report must attach with the tender
