প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Manufacturer / Sole Distributor authorization letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
4) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items or sample to the PE office and upload approved forwarding letter and brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
5) The tenderer shall submit the decleration letter in company letterhead pad mentioning that all the equipment supplied will be compatible on every aspect such as dimention, rating, etc with our existing customized equipment.
6) Manufacturer and Product ISO Certificate shall be submitted.
7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
8) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
