প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-GP registered potential tenderers may submit tender provided that they are qualified
as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender
Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of RHD's online database
   system- TDMS and TCIS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going
   works list, payment certificates for construction turnover etc) of the Tenderers as mapped
   in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS and TCIS.
3. If the quoted price varies by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official estimate then
    the tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted amount,
   if the total quoted Amount is more than 5% above/less than the approved official estimate.
4. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and TCIS with e-GP, the information
    provided in the e-GP shall prevail.
5. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ileagble.
