* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works/ similar nature of acoustic work
b) Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar acoustic & auditoium chair installation works of Tk. 402.00 (Four hundredand and two) Lac in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous /Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years .In case of private sector experience, the work certificate must be vetted by concern PWD's Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of works.  Last 05 (Five)years will be counted backward from the date of IFT. 
c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk 8.00 (Eight) Crore.
d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.5.00 (Five) Crore.
e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.6.00 (Six) Crore as per formula stated in TDS.
f)The Tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii)Up to date income tax clearance certificate.iv)Up to date ABC category contractory & supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,GoB.
g)Terms and conditions (as uploaded in Section No-7) related to the Acoustic works with other related works will be applicable for this tender.
h)Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2008 j)Other required eligibility and conditions mentioned in TDS                                     i)Contractor should submit authorized letter from the manufacturer to do the work for major imported items.
