* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have
minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works including
civil,sanitary and electrification works.
(2) Having experience in successfully completion of
(i) at least 01(one) number of RCC Building construction work worth not less than Tk. 5.2 (FIVE POINT TWO)
Crore in a single work tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (ii) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 01(one) Lift with other electic works amounting Tk. 0.8( POINT EIGHT) Crore in Government/Semi Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 years .
(3) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk.9.00 (Nine) Crore only.
(4) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) Tk.2.00 [Two] Crore only from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments,Supported by Bank certificate and should be counted 28
(Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
(5) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(6) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board of GoB.
(7) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
Special Instructions:(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and
according to ITT clause no. 43.3 Tenders having quoted the offer in
percentage is more than 10(Ten) percent above or below the official cost
estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.In case of tie for the
lowest evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the “Past
Performance Evaluation Matrix”
