Must have Successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar nature of work under Petrobangla or its Companies/ Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during the last 5 (Five) years (Counted backward from the date of publication of IFT) amounting to at least Tk 800000 (Eight lakh) in a 1 (one) of contract.
Must have an Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1000000 (Ten lakh) { Average of last 3 (three) financial years (2019-2020,2020-2021, 2021-2022)}.
Must have a Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or unconditional credit facilities (Must be provided in the form of a letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for a line of credit (Form PW2a-3) in the original form of Tk 600000 (Six lakh) or account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid assets). bank statement must issue on or after the date of the publication of the tender notice.
Must have Upto date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and Valid VAT registration certificate.
All other conditions as mentioned in the e- TDS & PCC of the e-tender Document.
