প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract (valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration Number and Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank) without which the Tender may be considered non-responsive.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be three (03) years.
The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least two (02) contract(s) of open tendering method successfully completed within the last three (03) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.5 million.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.0 million over the last three (03) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.0 million.
The minimum tender capacity shall be: 1.5 million.
