* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫০,০০০ ~ ৭৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2022-2023.
ii. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
iii. VAT and BIN Registration Number/ Certificate
iv. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
v. Up-to-date bank solvency certificate
vi.. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year backward from
the date of the publication of this tender.
vii. 1 (One) year experience certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of cleaning and laundry services in the last 05 (five) years in any
Government Hospital of Bangladesh backward from the date of the publication of this tender.
Note:
Proposed price rate of a tender should be relevant to current market price.
Evaluation committee preserves the right to reject any tender without mentioning any cause. The decision made by the committee will be considered as final. No prosecution will be procede at the court against the decision made by the committee.
Bill of the cleaning and laundry activities will be paid upon allotment and avilability of the budget. VAT & Income tax will be deducted as per government prescribed percentage.
