2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) specific similar work experience in BPDB or similar work on progress in BPDB is required otherwise tender will be non-responsive
4. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
5. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to work any time as purchaser wants.
6. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of work experiences.
7. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
