3. Bidder must submit Country of manufactering Certificate Copy with technical offer.
4. Bidder must submit manufacture’s Original authorization Certificate & Product Catalogue with technical offer.
5. Packing List & Bill of lading Certificate / Document must be submit after the final acceptance of goods.
6. Brand & origin of the quoted items must be mentioned in the technical offer.
7. Tender Evaluation will be made on Total lowest basis.
8. The Tender Will be done in One Stage Two Envelopes Tendering Method (OSTETM) .
