* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date trade license, TIN Certificate, Vat, Reg. Certificate, Experience Certificate, Bank solvency Certificate.
2. Price quotation should contain unit price of Furnance Control Panel Spare Parts (18 Items)
3. Brand, Model No. with suffix, Manufacturing Country & detail technical Specification must be mentioned in the technical offer.
4. All documents, Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder with the technical offer in English Language.
5. Bidder must have such type of working experience in renowned organization and accordingly 03 (three) nos. of End User’s Certificate must be submitted with the technical offer.
6. Full Panel drawing 03 (three) Set, Installation, Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Manual must be submitted along with supply of the goods.
7. 06 (Six) month free maintenance service with replacement of bad equipment’s as necessary must be provided by the bidder as warranty coverage and accordingly warranty certificate must be submitted with material. 10% of total billed amount shall be deducted as security money. Which shall be return after successfully warranty period.
8. After successful Installation, Testing & Commissioning and 07 (seven) days continuous operation 90% payment will be made.
9. The bidder may visit the site at their own cost without any obligation to TSPCL, Patenga, Chattogram.
10. Tender shall be submitted in One Stage Two Envelopes Tendering Method (OSTETM) system. And Tender Evaluation will be made on Total lowest basis.
