* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৩১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed Construction firm/contractors who have minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in similar nature of building construction works under Bangladesh Govt./  semi-Govt./Corporation/Autonomous organization.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Construction works of at least one contract 03 (three) storied building and comprising Cast-in- situ pailing, civil, sanitary, Carpentry, Painting, electrical, gas connection works etc. complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five years. Each with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) crore in a single contract Tender in govt./semi govt./corporation/autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
(c) The Certification of successful completion of building construction works (with attached NOA, work order, Payment certificate etc) and it is shall have to be issued by an authorized officer not below the rank of Grade-9 of concerned Department  with official address, seal, E-mail and phone number.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 8 (Eight) crore issued from the concerned schedule bank of Bangladesh (Which issue within the tender month).
(e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be not less than Tk. 9.00 (Nine) crore over the best 03 (three) years in  last 05 (five) years. Bidder must submit proper documents for this (Company audit report with other related documents).
(f) Bidder must to be submitted Up-to-date trade license (2022-2023), Income tax clearance certificate (2022-2023) & Bin certificate (13 digit) along with the tender.
