প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Civil contractor with Second class license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 2(two) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e  metal structure  maintenance & painting or Transmission line maintenance & painting or sub-station/ Transmission line equipment replace & painting work order value of minimum Tk 2.5 (two point five) lac under minimum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 2 (two) years.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4(four) lac in the best 2 (two) year.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4 (four lac).
6) The work shall have to be completed by 60 (sixty) days .
