* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Climate Smart Agriculture project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
c. Only copy of Completion Certificate supported by the work order and payment certificate will be considered for evaluation.
d. i. For Similar nature of works (The minimum specific experience) the tenderer must have successfully completed at least 1(one) number of Building in a single work order of minimum value of TK. 110.00 (One hundred and ten) Lacs within the last 3 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
ii. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 102.00 Lacs over the last 3 years. iii. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 119.00 Lacs.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 127.00 Lacs.
