1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 15 (fiften) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of land development and related works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 320.00 (three hundread and twenty) Crore. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 350 Crore over the last 5 (five) years or best 5 (five) years in the last 7 (seven) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 100 Crore.
