* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing their following document
1. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License.
2. Tenderer must submit up to date VAT and Income Tax Certificate(with TIN).
3. Tenderer must submit a bank solvency certificate .
5. Nationality Certificate.
6. Authorization letter
7.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
8.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
9. The experience certificate of successfully completed similar assignments issued by the officer not below the rank of executive Engineer or equivalent.
10. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
11. Tenderer shall have Fire Licence or Certificate issued by Fire Service & Civil Defence Authority Bangladesh.
12.Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter from manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized distributor or authorized sales office (Tenderer shall submit distributor or sales office certificate issued by OEM. The authorization letter shall mention e-mail address, telephone/fax, designation with details address, website address of the manufacturer representative/authorized person duly signed in the official pad.
13.Test certificate of the test carried out by manufacterer after refilling.
14.Hydraulic test certificate of the cylinder to be supplied.
