প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electrical & Mechanical works as Contractor shall be 05(five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience of the contractor at least 1(one) contract of Electrical & Mechanical works successfully completed in 16-Storied High Rise Building in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 215.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 380.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 110.00 lakh ( adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format (witout alteration or addition) as specified Form PW3-7 (CPTU STD PW3) (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive).
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 250.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
e) Must be Submitted the Manufacturer Authorization Letter for Supply of Spare Parts of the Installed Equipment.
