প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings:-
a) Up to date VAT Registration.
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license.
d) Nationality Certificate.
e) Authorisation Letter
f) Product assurance Certificate/Warrenty Certificate
2. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract (Vehicle/Equipment of RHD, BRTC etc) having valuation of Tk. 5.0 Lac (Five Lac) under single contract in last 5 (five) years.
3. Minimum liquid asset should be Tk. 4.0 Lac (Four Lac) only .
4. The tenderer must have annual average turn over for Tk. 4.0 Lac (Four Lac) in last 5(five) years.
5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
6. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
