প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction works.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar of works road Construction at least Tk.13 lakhs single contract over a period of 3 (three) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.50 lakhs over the last 3 (three) years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The tender must have a minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk.12 lakhs. documentsin other format are not acceptable and considered as non responsive.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.14 lakhs.Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list od ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tenderdocument must be fulfilled.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
7. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
