প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
1) The Tenderer(s) who didn’t handover the existing/running community clinic Construction/Reconstruction work within 5 months (150 days) from start day of work under HED Cumilla Division, will not be considered in this Tender Evaluation Process (will be Non-Responsive)
2) One particular Tender will get maximum 3 (Three) community clinic Construction/Reconstruction work under HED Cumilla Division in a Financial Year (i.e. 2021-2022)
3) The Successfully awarded Tenderer will be bounded to follow the standard specification of work for Community Clinic of HED (i.e., As per Drawing, Steel shutter, Approved Facing Bricks, Furniture, Tiles, Casting Materials etc.)
3) All Tenderers must fulfill all the eligibility requirements of Clause 4.1 of Instruction to Tenderers (ITT).
4) Tenderers should submit/fill-up all the documents/form mentioned in Clause 14.1 & Clause 17.1 of Instruction to Tenderers (ITT).
5) The successful Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the Works or any part of it to the
Subcontractor(s).
