প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer have to have-
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 10(ten) years); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature works (RCC Framed Structure Building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 650.00 Lac (Taka Six Hundred and Fifty Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 1250.00 Lac (Taka Twelve Hundred and Fifty Lac) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 340.00 Lac (Taka Three Hundred and Forty Lac). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 775.00 Lac (Taka Seven Hundred and Seventy-Five Lac).
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(H) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
