4. Tenderer shall have liquid asset of tk.110000.00 (Tk. one lac ten thousand) only.
5. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, Vat certificate, Income Tax certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and bank solvency certificate etc.
6. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
