Up-to date Trade License
The minimum amount of liquid assets I.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 5.00 lakh only. Incase of Bank Statement deposit must remain 02 (Two) consecutive working days. Working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format (without alteration or addition) as specified Form PW 2a-3 (CPTU STD PW2a-3) (Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive).
Satisfying other criterion laid in the tender data sheet of Tender documents.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
