The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The Tenderer Must have Duble dimy Offset Printing Machine
2. Valid Trade License 2022-2023
3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2021-22 (Including TIN No).
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. The minimum Amount of Liquid Assets or working Capital or Credit Facility is minimum Tk.10 (Ten) lac.
6. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of Specific experience in the supply of good and related services
7. Appropriate document of minimum supply value of goods under a single contract in the last three years is Tk.10 (Ten) lac (Attach experience Certificate with work order).
8. The tenderer shall have a minimum of five years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. (Company formation documents indicating date of formation or documents of starting the business for the evidence to be submitted).
9. The tenderer / tenderers will have to supply a sample of minimum 50 sheets of each type as per sample and as stated in specifications after opening the tender (as per tenderer specific time).
10. Company Profile including permanent and local address of the bid signing authority.
11. Affidavit of ownership of the firm; (Physical inspection if necessary)
