প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of site development work worth not less than Tk. 400.00 (Four hundred) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 950.00 (Nine hundred fifty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) The minimum amount of tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk. 450.00 (Four hundred Fifty) Lac.
F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
G) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2, 4, 7, 8 and 9 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
