Tenderer must have:
1) up-to-date Trade License
2) Up-to-date valid ABC license with supervisor license which is issued from ELB.
3) Up to dated Income Tax, Clearance Certificate
4) VAT registration Certificate
5) Bank Solvency Certificate minimum 22.00 Lakh (Twenty-two) only after publishing the IFT.
6) A satisfactory completion of operation and maintenance work of 1MW Gas Generator at least Tk.20.00 (twenty) lac under 1 (one) contract over a period of 05 (five) years.
7) Photo Copy of National ID Card of Tenderer.
8) Bio-data with last Academic certificate of B.Sc. Engineer (ME/EEE) having at least 02(two) years related working experiences, Diploma Engineer in (ME/EE) & Foreman having at least 02(two) years related working experiences with cell number.
9) Other documents as specified in Particular Specification.
