* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
a) Tenderers must be 1st class electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electrical licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh. License must be enlisted in BPDB.
b) Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years general experience in construction and renovation of 33kV or 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line and installation of distribution transformer work from WZPDCL, DPDC, DESCO & BPDB Otherwise it will be rejected.
c) Work completion certificate of similar work at minimum 1 (One) contract value of BDT. 18 (Eighteen) Lac. The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
d) Tenderer must have up to date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and trade licensee, National ID (NID), Key personnel (with NID, Photograph and necessary certificate), Tools and Authorization letter.
e) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounting firm for the last 3 (three) years. Average annual volume of turn over must be BDT. 35 (Thirty-Five) Lac. at Minimum. All payment Records related with the turnover must be submitted by the tenderer in accordance with related years.
f) Liquid assets from bidder's banker(s) minimum BDT. 25(Twenty-Five) Lac. to successfully complete the contract.
g) Tender Security Should be submitted only by Bank draft or Pay order . (Executive Engineer, Sales and Distribution Division-2, WZPDCL, Jashore.)
