b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2500.00 (Twenty Five Hundred) lac Only.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3500.00 (Three thousand Five Hundred) lac only over the 5 years (best 5 years in the last 10 years).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1000.00 (One thousand) lac only.
e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 3200.00 (Three thousand two hundred) lac only.
