প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
2. If the quoted price is more than (5%) Five Percent less or above than the Engineers Estimate, the Tenderer shall submit item wise analysis of rate.
3.The tenderer shall have to be write the full name of his individual organization or Joint Venture Contract Agreement (JVCA).
Special Instructions for Tenderer:
1. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
2. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
3. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
4.For submission of any false information shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be debarred. The Tenderer has to submit all Litigation History related to Construction Works with relevant documents.
5. On-going work must be submitted all PE organization & other Organization
6. Tenderer who have more than one on-going contracts but failed to maintain standard quality and progress of the work within schedule time may be evaluated as ineligible.
7. The Tenderer have to ensure by certification that the listed Manpower & Equipment will be used only for this particular package.
8.The Tenderer will have to establish required Laboratory Facilities at the respective work site at his own arrangement with proper equipment and manpower.
