* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate from manufacturer (where applicable). (ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate. (iv) Copy of Up-to-date (11 digits) valid VAT Registration/BIN Certificate. (v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation. (vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder. (vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis. (viii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque. (ix) Bidder shall mention the Brand, country of origin/Made in and warranty of the item (where applicable). A brochure/leaflet is also to be submitted along with the tender documents. (x) The liquidated damages (L/D) charge will be paid by the supplier at the rate of 02% of the contract value per month or part of a month. (xi) Supplied items/goods must be accompanied by 02 copies of supplier’s challan showing items/goods’ description, quantity, packing list etc. addressing to: Manager (Commercial Store), P & L S Directorate, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka. The inspection and tests shall be conducted at the Local Receive Section, Admin Building, Hazrat Shahjalal Int’l Airport, Dhaka. If items are rejected by the Inspection Committee, rejected items must be replaced within 01 (one) week (L/D charge shall be applicable if delivery schedule exceed) at suppliers risk and expenses. (xi) Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd reserves the right either to increase or decrease the quantities mentioned in the Tender Schedule and to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
