* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৭০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৭৭০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable) or supplier/Reseller certificate.
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year. (iii) Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number. (iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate (v) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
(vi) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer (vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis. (viii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
(ix) 01 (One) pcs samples (Non-refundable) must be submitted as per Biman sample & specififcations by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hours of working days) to 11.00 am (LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder. (x) Successful bidder also must be submitted 02 (Two) pcs working sample as per Biman sample & specififcations before contract agreement. (xi) Noted that sample for qality purpose may be seen during office hours from 09.00 am to 16.00 pm (LT) in all working days one day before the tender closing date in Local purchase section, room no. 202, Biman admin Building, HSIA, Dhaka. (xii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award. (xiii) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
