* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization should be the sole agent / commercial distributor of the proposed lift of the contract and he/she must submit its all supporting documents.
(b) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
(c)The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of passenger/bed Lift and related services of at least 01 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 140.00 (One hundred forty) lakh under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. [As per STD attached with Tender document]
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit [As per STD attached with Tender document]. of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 170.00 (One hundred seventy) Lakh.
(e) The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, updated Trade licence, updated ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
