প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. All tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulations ;
B. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded :
i. Last 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services in any government organization ;
ii. The satisfactory completion of supply similar Goods of Tk. 14.00 lakh under 02(Two) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- Gp System.
iii. Certificate of bank solvency with a minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk.15.00 lakh ( (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5);
iv. The amount written in the bank solvency certificate should have deposited in the respective account number till the date of assessment;
v. Up-to-date Valid Trade License ;
vi. Up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate ;
vii. e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate ;
viii. Certificate of incorporation(in case of the limited company) and authorization letter or contract deed with the importer/supplier treader is a bidder ;
ix. Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Mashur Dal Mota] must be submitted to the three transparent containers to the Madaripur district jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and time.
