* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Local manufacturer of uPVC pipe who has an industrial license, Environmental clearance certificate from the directorate of the environment (DOE), two years overall production, and one-year specific experience for supplying of 250mm outer dia. uPVC pipe & fittings in Govt./ Semi Govt. organization/ Autonomous organization.
2) Factory test reports have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
3) Tenderer must have an updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN, and VAT registration certificate.
4) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e, 1 meter uPVC pipe 2 pieces, 1 piece moulded T-joint, 1 piece 90° bend, and 1 piece air vent) in BMDA, Rangpur Circle store before submission of tender and receipt of the sample submission have to be attached with the tender.
5) Laboratory test report (BUET/RUET/BSTI/MIST) of 250mm, SDR-65 uPVC pipe must be submitted with tender document.
6) Pre-award inspection may be conducted by BMDA nominated Inspection Committee.
All experience certificates are to be submitted as per the prescribed format of PPR -2008 ( As per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
