প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction and related works as the prime contractor shall be 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in Ducted type Air cooler, Fire Protection (Hydrant) system and other electromechanical works of at least 1 (one) no. contract successfully completed with a value of at least Tk. 650.00 (Six hundred fifty) Lac. in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 400.00 (four hundred) lac . The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works (Name of the works). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of bank undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1600.00(one thousand six hundred) lac over the last 5(five) years.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 750.00 (Seven hundred fifty) lac
6. The tenderer must posses/submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Up-to-date trade license
iii) Up-to-date VAT resistration
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB
