* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Maintenance/Repair/Supply works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with tender.
2. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacture/authorization dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/ Atonomous body.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Maintenance/Repair/Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature , complexity and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk 1,10,00,000 BDT.
4. The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be grater then Tk 1,95,00,000 BDT over the last 5 years.
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk 1,50,00,000 BDT
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Valid Trade License.
ii) Vat Registration.
iii) TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
vi) Specific Experience.
7. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
