* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC building construction of minimum Tk 30.00 lac with Internal road and Boundary wall in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years .In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 (five) years of Tk 80.0 lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP..
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 lac . The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related work (the name of work). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) Tender Capacity of Tk 32.00 lac.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license .
iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electricity Licencing Board, GOB
