* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in Fire Fighting Related Supply work.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Fire Fighting Related) of at least One (1) contract successfully completed (under Gov't, Semi-Gov't or Autonomous sector) within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 42.00 Lakh . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender)
c).The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 280.00 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in PW2a-3 of the Tenderer shall be BDT 40.00 Lakh.
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT 50.00 lakh.
f) The tenderers must have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
g) The tenderers must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
h) The tenderers must have up to date valid Trade License.
i) The tenderers must have up to date valid License from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence.
j) The tenderers must have up to date valid License from BSTI.
k) The tenderers must have up to date valid Pipe Test Certificate from BUET which is M.S ERW Type.
l) The tenderers must have up to date valid License from Department of Explosives.
m) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
n) The Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
o) The tenderers must have submit manufacturer authorization letter.
