দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. For Supplier:
i) Satisfactory completion of similar supply of Material of at least BDT 40 (forty) lakh under one single contract over a period of the last 5 (five) years.
ii) Authorization Certificate of Distributor of the Manufacturer of HDPE Pipes must be attached. 
B. For Both (Supplier & Manufacturer):
i) The minimum number of years of the general experience for tenderer & for establishment of the factory shall be 5 (five) years
ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 50 (Fifty) lakh.
iii) The tenderer must have to submit one sample of each item no. of BOQ: 1 (i) a) one piece & 2 (i) one meter long, 2(ii) a) one piece  to the office of the Superintending Engineer, Khulna WASA, Khulna before the closing of the Tender.
iv) After completing the supply the quality control committee will collect the sample from the supplied materials and will sent to BUET/KUET laboratory for testing according to ISO standards mentioned in tender document. The test fee will initially be paid by the supplier. After getting the test result, if the test result is found accordingly to the tender specification then the fee will be reimbursed to the supplier from Khulna WASA Authority; the test fee need not include the BOQ rate.
vi) Up to date Attested Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & NID certificate must be attached. VAT & IT will be deducted from the bill according to the present government rules.
vii) The tenderer must supply all the pipes and fittings by following the drawings attached with the detailed tender documents.
Failure to submit any one document /sample mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non-Responsive for the Tender.
