* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in the supply of related goods and services will be eligible for the tender.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of 315 mm (or above) nominal diameter uPVC pipe and uPVC fittings of minimum Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) lakhs under single contract in the last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) lakhs. The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 160.00 (One Hundred Sixty) lakhs for at least in a single day not before publication date of the Tender.
4. ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems in respect of manufacturing of uPVC Pipe.
5. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
6. All completion certificate for general experience, specific experience enclosed with tender document must have issued by the Government/Semi-Government organization or any autonomous body/organization of Government.
7. Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
8. Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
