* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• International Manufacturers/Authorized suppliers, who have Industrial License of producing Solar panel and have minimum 5 (Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
• The minimum supply & setting value of similar goods (1.0 cusec or above solar operated LLP system) under single contract in the last 5 years is Tk. 630.00 (Six Hundred Thirty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) lakhs. The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) lakhs for at least in a single day after published the tender at E-GP system.
• ISO 9001:14001 or latest Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.
• The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Manufacturer have minimum 1000 KWp solar panel per year.
• The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
• The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
• Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
• If the tenderers fail to fulfill the above conditions and any related conditions of this tender documents, then the tender will be rejected.
