Experience:
a)A satisfactory completion of Similar works of at least tk. 1,65,000/-(One lac Sixty Five Thousand) under each or maximum 3(Three) nos of contract over a period of last Five (05) years where similar means as follows:
b)Rehabilitation & Renovation Civil works of Office Building of BPDB,WZPDCL,DESCO &DPDC.
c)Annual Turn over: The required average Annual Turn over shall be greater Tk.10,00,000 (Ten Lac) over the last Five years.
d)Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of Liquid assets for working Capital of the tenderer shall be taka 1,65,000/-(One lac Sixty Five Thousand)
e)Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
f)Reputed contractor/construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years in general experience in Renovation of Civil works under BPDB,WZPDCL,DESCO &DPDC.
g)Tenderer must have satisfactory work completion certificate issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.
h)Tenderer must have upto date income tax clearance, VAT registration and trade licence.
i)Tenderer must be submit national ID Card.
j) If the quoted price is more/lower than 10% above or less of the official estimated cost respectively then the bid will be rejected (As per amendment of PPA-2016).
