* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05[Five] years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.60.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.98.00 Lakh over the last 05[five]years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable.[years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines[must be unconditional and given by the proper format.] of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30.00 Lakh. Not before 06.09.2022.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: :Tk.70.00 Lakh
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i. Up to date Trade License.
ii. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
iii. NID
iv. Vat Registration Certificate(13 Digit)
v. Business Address.
vi. Experience certificate for respective work.
7.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS).
