* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment chemicals in any Power Plant(s) amounting not less than BDT 80,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty Six) Months under maximum 02 (two) contracts. [N.B. (i) Satisfactory completion of supply of Reverse Osmosis (RO) chemicals amounting less than BDT 40,00,000.00 (Taka Forty Lakh Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation;[ (i) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), from any scheduled bank, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 90,00,000.00 (Taka Ninety Lakh Only).
4.The minimum supply capacity of chemicals is: 40 Ton.
