* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(1) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05
(Five) years of general experience in Construction works including civil,sanitary and
electrification works.
(2) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01 (one) number of
RCC Building construction work worth not less than Tk. 34.00 (Thirty Four) lakh in a
single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of
Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.
(3) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05
(five) years amounting of Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) lakh only.
(4) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) Tk. 35.00 ( Thirty Five) lakh only
from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments,Supported by Bank
certificate.
(5) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(6) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical
Licensing Board of GoB.
(7) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must
be fulfilled.
Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10(Ten)
percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be
rejected.In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based
on the “Past Performance Evaluation Matrix” (B) Work Certificates are acceptable not
other than for Govt/semi-Govt/Autonomous Bodies.
