* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭৪,৫৮৫,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must has to be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN certificate & Vat Certificate.
2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender.
3. Tenderer must need to submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate.
4. Payment will be made after availability of fund.
5. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet and PPR-2008.
6.Tenderer must need to be submitted line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is uploaded in section 7.
7. Additional conditions has been uploaded in section 7 and section 8 which must fulfilled by the tenderer.
8. If the quoted amount by tenderer more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.
9. Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB in connection with dredging work.
Special condition :
1. The Tenderer must own Minimum 1 No. of 18" cutter suction Dredger. In case of JVCA each partner must own one cutter suction Dredger.
2. Pre-work will be taken jointly by the BWDB Officials and Contractor before starting the work.
3. Post-work will also be taken jointly by the BWDB Officials and Contractor.
4. Actual dredging volume of earth will be calculated according to the joint pre-work and post-work measurement which may vary from the BOQ
5.Payment wiil be made on the basis of actual pre-Work and post-Work measurement.
